World Server Down issues - emergency restarts

Folks, as many of you have reported, many realms are having issues at the moment with areas being inaccessible.

This is going to necessitate emergency restarts of realms as noted in our Service Status Forum here....

We will be performing rolling restarts for all realms/the following realms to resolve an in-game issue with Northrend beginning at approximately 12:50 AM PDT. Downtime for each realm is expected to be minimal, and the overall process should conclude at approximately 1:10 AM PDT.

Latest word is that all realms save for Maiev should now be fully accessible and Maiev shouldn't take too terribly much longer.

I'll update if I receive any further word.
