I made the mistake of adding a trial account

I was on a long break from WoW and I had some free trial cards. So, one day I was bored and thought I would give it a try. Never could get it to work and now that ive added a game time card to my main account so I can play again. It tells me I need to upgrade my trial version when I try to get in the game.......

This is a fairly simple process, but Billing will need to be the ones to assist you with removal of that game.
