Missing Justice Points! Help!

Upon downloading the patch, I found that I had ~13.5k Justice points.

I decided to spend some points and get to the 4k threshold so that I could begin reaping more points from the weekly.

I bought 2 red gems, 1 ametrine, and one Belt. The total cost should have been 1,245 Justice Points and I should have been left with 11,755 (assuming I only had 13k). Instead I am left with 3890 Justice Points!

Should I open a ticket?

Opening a petition would be the way to get this checked into.

The more information the better, starting points, what you may have spent, dates, etc.
