Patch 4.0.1 not going past 98% for my friend

Hi, my friend is trying to dl the patch, all was going smooth it's the first initial dl b4 the install and the client dl. Until it stopped at 98%, I read other forums on running wow.exe and restarting it, she ran wow.exe it didn't work and she restarted it at least 5 times and it rushed up and stopped at 98%...I'm wondering if there's any way besides reinstalling the whole game and going thru the hours of patches if theres anyway we can get the last 2% in.
