I sincerely understand your frustration, Iflossinl, but the moderators of this forum are trying to address posts as quickly as possible. With the number of posts coming in, most of which happen to be Tech issues being posted in the Customer Service Forum and not the Technical Support Forum, your post may have dropped from the front page causing us to miss it.

With that said, if you are unable to complete the download due to limitations with your ISP, your quickest way to get the patch would be to have a friend or family member make a copy of it on a disk for you. Even if Technical Support were able to do the same for you, you may not get the disk for several weeks.
