Cannot create a Death Knight

Hello, my warrior levelled up past 55 a few days ago, and I thought I'd try a Death Knight. However, when I go to the Character creation page, the Death Knight emblem is grayed out. I have WOTLK fully installed, and my character has been past level 55 for a couple of days. What's the problem here?

While you may have installed the Wrath of the Lich King client, Xatana, the account you are posting from has not been upgraded accordingly.
