Server transfer is unavailable?

Granted after I started it last night, I realized it was the crappiest date to do it on. :)

Yesterday before I left work I submitted a character to be transferred to a different server. Midway through the browser refresh-o-thon it's switched to a generic "The Paid Character Transfer service is currently unavailable."

When I got home and fired up the game I then realized how crappy of a day I could have picked, as all the patching started up. I wasn't even thinking it was this special Tuesday while at work.

In any event, is there any ETA on when this service is supposed to be back up? That character I'm moving is currently in limbo.
