Kicked with deserter while fighting horde?

So i'm fighting horde in a BG, just killed 1 half a second ago, killing his buddy and get booted with a deserter debuff. Happens almost every BG. Whats up with that?

We are looking into whether at least some of these cases may deal with interacting with something and is similar to other reports in other instances.

If you were interacting with say - a flag (anything with a 'cog') this could be that issue. We are also researching if there could be multiple issues with BGs involved here.
