Missing Enchants

When I logged into the strange and terrifying new world of 4.0, I noted something odd. I had suddenly LOST 4,000 HP. When looking at my gear I suddenly realized why this was. EVERYTHING but my weapon had lost its enchant. Stamina to Bracers, Shield, and Boots (+22 Stamina, not Tuskarr's Vitality), armor to cloak, and +10 Stats to chest. I know these weren't removed, as some of my friends still have these enchants. I've already submitted an in-game ticket, but I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do.

Also, side topic: Why does /announce <channel name> seem to not work for me? I type it in and I can't seem to actually hit the enter key. I keep smashing it, but it won't enter the command.
