Currency refund not working; GMs no help

I accidentally bought the wrong weapon when I logged into today, and purchased the Wrathful Gladiator's crusher. I've contacted a GM(Three times, actually. Kept doing a followup) Saying that when I try to refund it with the automatic refund, I just get an "Unable to process request" error, the GMs just tell me to use the automatic refund. Am I stuck with this weapon now, or?

The issue in your case is being over the cap for points, but I do see your latest petition, and someone should be getting with you soon.

While we won't be able to restore the points with you over cap, we may be able to figure something else out :)
