Buying Master Flying? - Blue Tracker

That's the 5000 gold new skill for those of us who didn't already have a 310 flyer. It upgrades Riding to 375 and lets (all) your flying mounts travel at 310.

"Five thousand gold," you say, "but Palehoof, that's ridiculous!"

To which I say, and I can't say it loudly enough, go to a faction vendor to buy this skill if you are buying it. I was a hair's breadth from paying 5000 gold for it before I flew to Warsong Hold and got it from a faction vendor for only 4000. Unfortunately when I mentioned this in gchat a couple friends asked me words to the effect of "where the hell were you an hour ago?"

So folks, before you pay 5000 gold for Master, be sure one of your exalted factions doesn't sell it as well. Worth a grand to fly from Dalaran to Borean, eh?
