Im trying to cancel my account but the subscriptions page wont load, im just curious, is this because there are 8 million other people trying to do the same thing because of the failure of a patch that was just released? thanks for the help!

I hope this may be able to help:

Go to the Account management page:
https://us.battle.net/account/management
If you can see this screenshot, just click on World of Warcraft Account that you would like to cancel, as shown here:

On this screenshot, you can see where the "Cancel Game Subscription" is:

If you are unable to locate the "Cancel Game Subscription" button, you will need to call Billing and Account services here:

Account Services
Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc
