I only hope that the employee's at blizzard, while they may not be able to say outright, get as much of a kick out of it as I do :)
If i have to offer anything though in this, its that you should take the stance of a Wholesale buyer when it comes to dealing with the customer. Under promise, and over deliver. Always say 24 hour downtime for extended maintenance. Then when you bring the server up in 16 hours, everyone praises at how quickly the servers come up.
Though deep down inside, i hope you never do that, otherwise i lose out on my "50 cent rebate" :)
