Free day added to our account?

Perhaps, perhaps not, Deathgrip. Maintenance, both the brief ones and the more extended versions as well as a good deal of unexpected downtime is calculated into the base subscription of the game. That is not to say that credit is not applied in certain cases.

This would not be determined until after the realms are made live and all maintenance related issues have been resolved. If credit were to be applied it would likely be added to your account automatically, you can see a history of credit by visiting your Account Management page under payment history.

If you wish to suggest that compensation/credit be provided for downtime you are welcome to post in the Suggestions forum.
