I would like to say that 14 hours should have been enough time to get all the problems fixed for the new patch and that 2 hours more making that 16 hours is kinda ridiculous, it obviously seems that your staff likes to take extra time to fix these issues or just slack off, but a full day for 1 patch is just unnecessary, i dont think there has been any patch that required this much work done. For future reference might wanna reconsider releasing a patch that ur staff can not handle

thanks

Q u o t e:
Well when BC's Patch was 6GB and this patch is 4GB doesnt add up that its taking twice as long thats logic, just doesnt make sense that they would put a ETA and then extend it, and then Set another ETA and then Set it back again and again.

It doesn't really work the same, regardless of the size of a patch, and this one is rather large you also have to consider the size of the game it is being applied to.

The Burning Crusade patch may have technically been larger but it was also being applied to a completely different game. This one not only has Burning Crusade but it has Wrath of the Lich King as well as the other free content we have introduced over the years.

I am sorry for the delay that has been caused, Adesmus. Our estimates on based on how much time our techs believe it will take to implement the patch and they are adjusted as new information comes to light. We do not subscribe to Scotty's rules of warp core repair estimation.
