Account is locked

Hello... i was wondering if some blue post can help me, please.
I haven't been as frequent in the game as i used to be because i rather wait for the expansion than level up my chars and get better gears at this point. So,yesterday i played for some time just to enjoy my recently acquired spectral tiger and get some /rude gestures around SW and Dal. Today when i woke up i tried to access my account and it says that the account was locked due to suspicious activities. I did the password reset using the security question/answer and was able to reset the password to access my account's information in B Net's website, but i couldn't access the game. The same message was shown. I also changed my email's address password. After a couple of minutes i tried the password reset again and but it wont go through the complete process because it says that i already have an open ticket related to this.
After reading some posts in the forums i have decided to remove my anti virus NOD32 and antispyware SUPERANTISPYWARE which were downloaded from a warez website and decided to install a legit copy of Kaspersky TRIAL. I did a full scan and came up with a result of 4 threats (backdoor.win32.poison)
My computer seems to be clean but I'm still having the account locked message when i try to log in B Net's website and In-game. Could you guys help me with this because this is very frustrating.

PS. I was reading some posts relating that using some kind of latency proxy like smoothping sometimes get the account locked. I have never used an IP proxy but i share my neighbor's internet and we have dynamic IP that frequently changes. I don't if it might have caused all this problem..
