Unfortunately, we were unable to provide restorations as the losses you experienced occurred outside of the scope of our logs, Audox - as was indicated in the e-mail and in-game response you received regarding this issue.
Regrettably, we are only able to rely on our own internal logs for restoration, as other sources of information may be unreliable or, in some cases by the more unscrupulous, abused. We do try to make sure every character is at least able to be functionally played, and it appears that your characters do have enough gear to continue normal play.
I understand the frustration, but the best course of action at this point would be to ensure that your account is as secure as possible to avoid any similar situations in the future.
