What happened to tech support?

Got hundreds of people crying out for help (myself included) but it appears there is no support available to us?

Taking guesses and bouncing ideas off each other can only go so far.

We need the support of the people who are meant to be there to help us!!

A tiny handful of threads have had a token blue pop in and ask for logs, but they don't seem to be getting followed up.

Where is the love?

I know many of you are trying to get in contact with Technical Support and feel as though you are being ignored. I can assure you this is not the case.

Along with patches of this magnitude come the various tech related issues we have been seeing.

Our Technical Support team is working on providing as many updates as they possibly can. Keep in mind, not every post will be answered as most of them are very similar in nature.
