No fix on the missing enchants?

I can understand your frustration, Shiningdream, but do you truly think we would have released this patch knowing that enchantments would be missing? No, we would not have.

If there was a way for us to restore the missing enchantments we would have done so. However, as the post states, we investigated the issue for possible solutions, and came to the conclusion that we would not be able to perform this restoration.

You seem to have a propensity for a certain inappropriate term, Thecry, when you return please avoid using it in future posts.

No, Thecry, we are unable to return the enchantments because we are unable to verify them within our logs. In all cases, be they caused by a compromise, by you or by an in-game issue, we are only able to return those items that we can verify loss of.

We are truly sorry that we were unable to do so, Thecry, obviously upsetting a large portion of the population isn't a goal.
