I just trained Master Enchanting with a 42nd level but another of my 42nd level toons could not train Master JC. While enchanting, I can get skillups from orange level non-enchant creations like oils and rods but actual orange level enchants give no skillups. I assume there is a bug with my getting to train Master but if not then I have to assume there is a bug with skillups. I hate to report this as I am guessing I will lose the mats/gold invested so far.
Edit: I just took a non chanter to look at the trainer and both Artisan and Master are listed as requiring Level 35. The difference being the required skill level. And oddly enough, the only trainer I found with double listings for some levels of mastery.
