I purchased a set piece chest from cloth vendor in Dalaran to check it out as I have done many times.I equip it and go to non set piece vendor and compare stats.The cloth vendor will not accept the item back even though it clearly states on the item that I have 1 hour and 56 minutes to recieve a full refund.The item has not been gemmed or enchanted.
