New Patch problem about gaining XP

I have a hunter character in level 20. Seen my WOW updated, I've gained no XP from training and questing. I don't know why. I kept re-logging many times but helpless. My character is still remaining 4 days of trial. I'm not sure whether that could be the issue. Can someone help me on this?

This being a trial account is the issue, Chel - really nothing at all to do with the patch.

The cap on trial accounts is level 20. Until you convert to a full account, you'll get no more experience from any activity - and anything you turn in prior to upgrading (after capping at level 20) will not be recoverable even after you do upgrade the account.
