Well the new patch is here and on a whole I like it. The new ui's and the spells look and work great. Unfortunatly myself and some of my guild mates have had a couple of issues. The bigest one we have is that at random intervals I get an error message that says you are not in a guild.?? Weird... I see the guild vault have guild controls and can view guild rosters and info but still I and some guild mates get this issue. We have been simply exiting the game and re-logging which usually fixes the issue with one re-log..This wouldn't be so bad but the log in times right now are bad with so many people trying to log in. The second issue is lag. Everyone in my guild was running at 12FPS which is just horrible. The downloads are showing at 100% complete so not sure why this is happening. All of our addons are turned off since none of them are working for us right now any way. Any input on this would be appreciated becuase I would like to be able to fix this for myself and help my guildmates out as well. Thanks in advance for the help.

I'd recommend a reset UI - full version.

Since as you noted addons may not be working until you get newer versions anyway. Certainly cannot hurt anything. Even with addons turned off it's entirely possible changes were made in the 3 folders involved in a reset UI that could be impacting things still.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them, although if they are out of date - that may not be an issue right now.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.

More detailed instructions for different operating systems, including Macs are here.
