After I submitted the identification forms via email this morning, I called about 2 hours ago to see if it had been recieved.
The rep was able to ask a few questions about my account for me, and unlocked my account over the phone.
Unfortunately my phone went flat before I was able to thank him (1hr+ queues ftl)
Would a GM here be able to pass my thanks along for me please?
