Billing Rep Compliment

I had an issue with a "compromised" account (long story short: I accidentally submitted the account compromised form)

After I submitted the identification forms via email this morning, I called about 2 hours ago to see if it had been recieved.
The rep was able to ask a few questions about my account for me, and unlocked my account over the phone.

Unfortunately my phone went flat before I was able to thank him (1hr+ queues ftl)
Would a GM here be able to pass my thanks along for me please?

I am glad to hear that the representative was able to assist you and get you back into the account so quickly, Aiur.

The best way to provide feedback is to email [email protected] with “Attn: Supervisor” in the subject, and/or fill out the Customer Satisfaction Survey you should receive within 24-hours of speaking to the representative.

I will see what I can do to pass this along, but I am sure the rep as well as their supervisor would love to hear from you personally.
