Account Recovery Update

Hello out there,

Recently my World of Warcraft and battle.net account were hacked. I spent some time on the phone and got my battle.net back so I can log onto here and play Starcraft II but I was just wondering how long it will take for my main WoW account to become unlocked. I sent in all the documentation and was just wondering if someone could tell me if it was all processed or not.

What sort of documentation did you have to send in, Wasiak? Did you send it via email, fax, or snail mail?

When account recovery details are processed you will be notified via email if the documentation was accepted or not. Due to the maintenance I am unable to review the account to check on the status of this lock. I will gladly do so when the tools become available. :)

Since you sent the information via email, I may be able to check to see if it was received or not.

Can you please provide me the email address you sent the documentation from? In order to do this, click on the “Options” box underneath your avatar in the upper right corner. Fill in the email address and click “Accept”. When you have updated this information, update the thread.
