Battle.net attached to blizzcon ticket

I ordered blizzcon online and it didn't attach to my battle.net account and right now it is not attached to one at all so I cant get to the 48hr sale. How would i go about fixing this?

If so it should be resolved. Otherwise you may want to contact our Billing and Account Services department directly.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 7AM-8PM (PST/PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

Wait, you purchased the virtual ticket, Irwin? A Virtual ticket is a live steam of Blizzcon, it isn't a pass to Blizzcon.

According to the post in the Blizzcon Discussion forum store access for those who purchased a Virtual Ticket will be held later in the week.
