Ultrasafe teleporters

Recently, my Ultrasafe Teleporter: Gadgetzan and Ultrasafe teleporter: Toshley's station no longer work. When I click to use them, I get the "This item cannot be equiped" error. What's going on?

I would agree as there has been no changes to these items. As Pahanda suggested, Saromez, try deleting your cache folder, which is located in your Worldofwarcraft directory.

Make sure you do this while the game is completely shut down. When you boot up the game again it will create a new Cache folder for you.
