I'm having a problem with Refer a friend, me and my friend are trying to play, our accounts our linked, but we're not getting any perks and I can't add them to my Real ID thingy

Do add further clarification, Viviian, you also have to be within 3 levels of one another and in the same party to receive the in game benefits.
