Trying to Transfer

I'm trying to transfer a toon to another server, but it keeps saying I still have amil, when I've checked numerous times, and nothing is there. no one has sent me anything, I haven't had anything on the AH in a couple of weeks. How long does this dang thing take to recognise there is no mail so I can transfer?! this is freakin slow! lol
