Race change: Blocked, can't log in

I tried to change the race of this character but the payment didn't go through for some reason, thus it wasn't completed. Now I can't log in with this character and have a message popping up that it can't until the change will be completed.

However, when I tried to do it again this character showed up as ineligible and I can't complete the change.

In short, I can't log in without completing the payment but am ineligible to do it. What to do?!

In order to resolve the issue, Shaboopi, you will either need to cancel the Race Change altogether or complete it using another credit card.

You can either cancel or complete the Race Change by accessing the Race Change Transactions Page:
