Ok seriously I am asking real questions here. In a customer service forum. Please stop locking my threads without first responding to them. Again I ask Why did the servers not come up. What is being done to fix them and when will they be up. And please do not answer any of these with a " we don't know" that is very unprofessional

Do not post about locked or deleted threads. Posts that are moderated have a reason behind the moderation.
