Care to explain

OK i just made a post asking for an ETA. It got deleted..so here we go again. Please tell us the following information. No more vague or dodgy answers K. What is wrong? Why did it go wrong? What is being done to fix it? And when will it be done? Things ..you know..customer support should answer
