Question reguarding RAF

I'm interested in doing RAF with somebody that already has a full account with BC and WotLK already. That persons account is currently inactive.

My question is if I send that person a RAF invite and then buy a copy of WoW, will that person be able to play all content being that they already have copies of BC and WotLK installed on the new account?

On the new account? No.

Every copy must have it's own individual and unique keys for upgrades.
