Cannot cancel account bug

Hello I need assistance with an issue regarding canceling an account. Due to some bug, everytime I choose the reasons why I am leaving and type in the text box, the request never goes foward, it keeps taking me back to the subscription cancelation page. Can someone explain me how I can go foward with that? Its annoying to type the reasons just to end up in the same page again. Is it some sort of character limit at the text box, like the reason being too big? Any help would be welcome.

In all seriousness, have you tried clearing your web browser's cache data or used a different web browser?
