Gives the error message "Account Temporarily Disabled" when trying to log in. There are no emails in his junk or inbox. Whats going on? He also has no blocked senders.
Contacting Billing and Account services will not be necessary in this case, Omjnoway. Advise your friend to keep checking his e-mail as he will be sent one with additional information.
I do not have an ETA for you, Omjnoway. Account suspensions are reviewed by our Account Administration team and it can either take 1 hour or 1 week, depending on the case.
The reason I stated no contact is needed is because the account is currently being looked into.
