Account recovery form is useless

The process is mostly automatic, Beaton, that is the point of the recovery form. If you still have access to the registered address then it will reset your password allowing you access once more. If you do not, but you contact using the previously registered address a case report is still filed which will allow an investigator to look into the issue and get started on the account recovery/restoration.

You already can change your e-mail address by providing specific account information, but you need to contact Billing and Account services to do it.
