X-53 Touring Rocket - RAF

I RAF'd my roommate a couple months back and we lvled some low toons to max lvl and I understood that after a couple months of his account being active and paid via online that the X-53 Touring Rocket would be rewarded, however I keep seeming posts about people who got their rockets right away.
I still havn't had the rocket rewarded to any characters on my account.

Is there anyway I can redeem this item?

I recruited my friend a couple months ago and both our accounts have been active since.
We lvled toons with the linked option to max lvl.
X-53 Touring Rocket was never rewarded.

That happens after two full months has been paid, Neph.

Folks that get the reward immediately typically use game cards for time - that's credited instantly.

Using normal recurring billing, the first month isn't even billed till after all the free time has expired, i.e., the initial 10 days, and 30 days. Then, if it is on a month to month recurring billing plan - the second bills after the first expires, etc.
