Characters STILL missing after server restart

I haven't played in a year. Just resubscribed yesterday. Majority of my characters are still missing..
I was told that the server restarts would fix the issue, but they haven't. I know a lot of people are dealing with the same issue.

Thank you very much for the report, Stillãir.

We did indeed expect the rolling restarts this morning to address this, apparently for some it has not yet done so.

Running this back up to have our folks take another look.
