Missing characters - any update?

Hello. I've seen a few posts regarding characters not showing up on the Character Select screen in game. The character I'm posting as is an example of this. In my server select screen, I see "Mal'Ganis (10)", but only a level 1 alt shows up as a selectable character.

Are there any updates available about this issue?

This should hopefully be resolved with the server restart, Rigatoni.

Same here. I see in the Service Status forum that the rolling restarts have been completed, but I'm still not able to select the majority of my characters (again, including the one I'm posting from).

Were you totally logged to desktop and relaunched WoW post-restart, Rigatoni?

Thank you for the additional reports folks.

While we expected rolling restarts to address this, for some apparently it has not.

Sending this back for another look :)

If anyone else seems to be missing characters, feel free to add your details here in case our folks may need some case studies to look at.

Looks like most of my characters came back, but I'm still missing two: the one I'm posting on now and my 80 paladin. Both do not show up in the armory, while all the characters that reappeared do show in the armory and were visible there even when I was unable to see them in game.

Is this a separate issue or are others still having problems as well?

Can I get the name of the paladin and the realm as well, Rythros?

Hmmm. I don't see the paladin you are referring to on Alterac Mountains. Perhaps this character was transferred to/from another account or realm?

As for Rythros, this character was deleted. If you would like to restore this character you may wish to open an in game ticket. Restorations are not always guaranteed, but the Game Master will do their best to facilitate your request.
