Cannot mail gold to my alts

Currently I'm having the problem in which I tried to mail some gold from my shaman to my DK and it will not send no matter what I do. I've put everything in like a normal letter but when I hit send it will not do it. I can recieve mail from the auction house but I can't mail gold to my other guys. This is a serious problem as I've kept most of my gold on one guy. Please fix this bug asap.

I do see your petition on this, Death.

Please do leave that open so it stays in queue and a Gamemaster can look into this further for you.

If you haven't already, I'd also recommend trying a full reset UI - just to rule out any issues there, it could possibly resolve this for you.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.

You could close your petition if this is resolved. It may have been a case of that characters own particulars not being fully loaded yet. There is patch information - and then there is information that comes down to every character the first time (usually) they login.

If a /reload UI helped, I encourage you to do the full reset procedure - something may not be right in those 3 folders and this could potentially recur. Doing a full reset after any patch of this size is just a good precautionary measure for everyone.
