Loading Screen sticking after realm change

Anytime I change realms to log into a different toon, the loading screen gets stuck at 100%. I can hear the ambient sound effects of the area in which my toon is standing, but the screen never goes away. I have to end the program through WinXP's Task Manager and relog. This is quite annoying and has never been an issue before the patch.

I'd recommend leaving that screen up unless and until it exits out itself.

In past patches when this has happened, things are still loading and it usually does eventually login - or will allow login once it disconnects itself. That's worked in the past, and certainly worth a try this time.

That I really cannot answer - it can sometimes take awhile - especially the first time.

There is information coming to you pertinent to that particular character that's not part of the patch itself. Sometimes it can take awhile to fully load in. In the past, the leave it up till it loads and/or disconnects itself has worked fairly well, which is why I'm suggesting it now.
