EULA has changed

When logging in to WoW I see a notification that the EULA has changed. Except the date on the EULA still states last modified July 28 2008.

If the EULA has indeed changed can I please be directed to a summary of the changes? i would like to know the differences between the old and new agreement. And if it has been changed, please correct the EULA with the correct date. Since this IS a binding agreement as Blizzard often states, I think it should be correct as per any other legal document.

Please not the same for the Terms of Service.

If you are referring to the fact the agreement pops up, that happens anytime there is a patch, Skace.

We don't normally get involved in the EULA, but if the date didn't change - I suspect that's why it popped up for you.

For what it's worth - it'll do that anytime you do a full reset UI as well since it wipes where there record of the agreement is kept :)
