Due to suspicious activity

My friends account is locked and cannot post on here to find out why. When he trys to log in this is what it is telling him.

Due to suspicious activity, this account has been locked. A message has been sent to this account’s email address containing details on how to resolve this issue. Visit Web Link for more information.

He has checkedthe email account linked to this battle.net no email not even in his spam. I know the GM's will require more info.

He states he only has one character on the account and unsure if the GM's would appreciate me posting his cahracter name, if there is a more secretive way for me to give the gm to the GM I would be more then willing to do so or even advise my friend on how to do this.

We would not be able to directly assist with the account lock, Arghh.

Have your friend check his connection and make sure he is not using any lower ping type services. I would also advise him to check his computer security as this particular lock can be caused by someone trying to logon to the account. If he is not receiving the e-mail sent to him, he will need to contact ourAccount services team.
