Every time I log on my account is locked

tldr; account is constantly being locked, can only log on once then it is locked again. Only happening now after the patch, havn't installed or gone to websites since before the patch it wasn't doing this. (only gone to curse and installed very trusted addons)

the lock message " Our login system has detected a change in your access pattern. In order to protect the account, we require you to verify your identity via a message sent to the e-mail address associated with this account"

I am not sure what I need to change, this is a new problem occurring after the patch today.

I have to reset my password every time to log on. I have only reinstalled addons since the patch. I have downloaded no files (besides the addons) and havn't even used my computer, so I am doubtful that I have any spyware or keyloggers or something of that sort.

My email is secure and tells me all of the log ons, and the IP and location of the logons and they are all mine.

Any ideas?

My current idea: I'm thinking blizzard updated the login function's security. Basically, I just moved out of the country and am now in another country playing on my account, perhaps there is some type of lock going on due to the fact that my mailing/billing address is still in my previous country and my login is now across seas? ( being out of the country is temporary, been here for 2 months, and had this problem for the first time logging on pre-patch but it never recurred)

edit: Added the error message and updated things I've tried, and added an idea of my own.
