Hello,

I recruited a friend two months ago, and he payed for a full month of WoW. For some reason however, I don't seem to have a free month of game time added to my account like it said it would be.

Any blue assistance would really be appreciated

..and thanks ahead of time for any support you can give me.

Chatmon, it looks like the friend you recruited has not yet set up a subscription or paid for additional time on the account.

Per the RAF FAQ:

Q u o t e:
How can I earn the free 30-day credit?

For each friend or family member you refer who upgrades to a retail version of World of Warcraft and purchases a subscription plan, you will receive a credit for 30 days of free game play.

Your friend needs to purchase a minimum of one month (or set up a recurring subscription, and have that subscription billed) for you to qualify for the free time. It's possible that if he JUST did so, my tools have not yet updated to reflect that fact (as I am not a Billing Representative, so I may have more limited access than they might). The free month acquired when upgrading the account from trial to full does not qualify as this time.

Perhaps I am looking at the wrong Recruit-A-Friend link then, as I do see a few associated to your account.

Can you provide me the name and realm of a character on both your and your friend's accounts so I can confirm this?

I suspect that your friend is set up to start a subscription, Chatmon. That would explain why I don't see anything billed to him at this time. His free month ends on 10/23/10, which means he won't be billed for his next month until his free time runs out. Once that payment processes, though, that should provide you with your free month.

Hope that makes some sense. >^.^<
