Does Blizzard not care about overseas players

I'm not one for complaining, but I just wish there was a way they could make the maintenance/patches more accommodating for overseas players. I basically don't get to play every Tuesday because the army chose to put me in Germany.

Though you are welcome to play from practically anywhere in the world, Vitaexcedere, Germany is not a supported region so no, we do not take overseas players into account when determining maintenance schedules.

Maintenance is scheduled for the day and time where we hope it will affect the least amount of players. Granted when implementing something as immense as the 4.0.1 patch the time involved will certainly inconvenience far more people than if this were a simply 4-6 hour maintenance period.
