Forum c. service issue.

Many members if the Kil'jaeden forums have a major grievance against the moderators of that forum. They are failing to recognize what threads are against terms of service and which are not. We feel they are also using excessive force against some members, as many have been banned already for extremely minor infractions. If they don't just outright ban you, they will delete your posts whether in violation or not.

Ours is a community that is very passionate about pvp and is also a very tight knit server, so there is rivalry that is often discussed via the forums. However, the forum as of late has become virtually unusable.

A great deal of our community has ceased to utilize this tool and a great deal have quit the game altogether now that is has become so bad. Please help us.

Moderators of the Customer Service Forum do not moderate other forums, Believeme.

If you feel as though the Kil'jaeden Forum is not being moderated properly, you may wish to email the Communtity Managers and the Forum Moderation Staff at [email protected], which has been provided to you thus far.

I am not sure what sort of resolution you require at this point.

CS Forum moderators are unable to intervene in the moderation of any other realm.

Once again, you have been provided the proper information to address the issue at hand. You are obviously not satisfied with the answer you were given. Now you are simply trolling and causing the discussion to derail.
