Yes, Ramzia, you would have to remove the keychain authenticator first before adding the mobile authenticator.

In order to remove the authenticator log into Battle.net Account Management and click on the “Settings” link. From there, select “Change Security Options” and follow the onscreen prompts.

Keep in mind that due to maintenance Account Management may not be accessible. You may wish to wait until maintenance is complete before switching from one authenticator to the other.

The only other recommendation I would have for you, Ramzia, is to write down the serial number associated with the Mobile Authenticator.

In the event an issue arises with the phone, having this serial number makes it easier for Account Services to assist you with the removal of the authenticator from the account.
