Downloader glitch?

Last time I checked, Background Downloader was 3/4 done but now it's back to 0% with ~8Megs showing.
What gives??

Does it say "Checking" in the progress bar? If so, you've won a prize of having the downloader verify the file integrity of your patch. Which you can let run to make sure the files are good, or cancel out of.
