You cannot log in until the character update

I have recently transfered my pally to Doomhammer while also transferring my druid to Thuarissan.
I have no problems playing my druid but since yesterday, I was not able to log onto my Pally.
Each time I try to get on I get the "you cannot log inuntil the character update you recently initiated is complete.

Character : Kadmar
Server : Doomhammer

I checked my e-mail and I received the character transfer failure notice stating the following reasons for failure.

1) You did not recently request a paid character transfer, and the service was requested by another person.
2) You did recently request a paid character transfer, and the method of payment used to purchase the service was declined by our systems.

Obviously, as I DID request the transfer, I didn't think much about 1).
I called my credit card company and they stated that it wasn't them that denied the payment and that blizzard was the one that denied the payment. So I called up billing & account after being on hold for 40mins (omg blizzard, you really need to work on the wait time), I was able to talk to the representative. He told me it wasn't a billing issue and that it was most likely being investigated for suspicion of 1).

Now I understand that accounts do get compromised by 3rd partys through malicious programs but I have been regularly scanning my computer and using a authenticator for the "extra layer" of security.

Here is my biggest concern. I've read through the forums regarding the ppl experiencing the same issue and noticed that some if not most couldn't access their toon for over 2 weeks.

What do I need to do in order to hasten the investigation process on my part?
Does the use of external tunnel service such as lowerping cause such problems? Everyone in my previous guild and most serious raiders I know all use such services to enhance their connection/ping.

I will submit my photo ID and every other information that you require . Just tell me what I need to do so I don't have to wait 1-2 weeks or even months(like the others did on the previous forums). I just don't want to be sitting around unable to access my main toon for god knows how long.... because of what, suspicion of 1)?

I may be able to provide additional information for you, Kadmar, but due to the maintenance I am unable to view the account details at this time.

From what you have described though, this issue is fairly common and can be addressed with Account Services. I will gladly take a look though when I am able to do so and provide additional information at that time.
